This is 100% Chenin Blanc that has been late harvested at the end of October to the start of November. It is concentrated and intense with stunning honey, pineapple and apricot notes all balanced by a crisp acidity that adds freshness. With an extremely long, silky finish, this is a top-notch sweet wine at an incredibly reasonable price.

Given the sheer quality of Philippe’s wines, he deserves to be much more widely known.
