Nose opens on unusual notes of Havana tobacco leaves then blackberry liquor. Mouth is more cherry, blackberry and finishes with a dry note. The domaine is certified organic, in addition to which Philippe and Catherine Delesvaux practice biodynamics.

A very famous domaine in the Loire Valley. Nice pairing with goat cheese and fresh or cooked seafood.
