Production less than 4000 bottles. Exclusive and confidential selection of Grand Cru Chardonnayfrom Mesnil sur Oger where certain vines where planted in 1929. Limpid wine, brilliant. Pale yellow with green reflections. The abundant and persistent foam fade slowly giving way to a carpet of fine bubbles. On the nose lot of aromas, let the attack menthol notes, combined with yellow citrus (grapefruit and lime). Fresh mouth to attack, reminiscent of fresh citrus notes. The long finish is highlighted by lemon zest and minerality of the terroir. Amazing!!
