Deep garnet red colour.A very fruity nose with concentrated red berries, leather and liquorice. Great complexity and strength on the palate. Excellent Persistence. Serve at 16 to 18°C in large glasses. Red meat, game, stews cooked in a red wine sauce, spicy dishes and cheeses. Good laying-down potential.
