An oenologist for 20 years in Bordeaux, Aymeric Roborel de Climents develops 100 % French whiskeys.  The whiskeys are refined in wine barrels to give each edition a unique & singular character, imbued with the flavours of varieties of grapes & terroirs.

Unique: Each finish is an invitation to travel beyond the vineyards of France. Refined into wines of vineyards, the whiskeys never offer combinations (Peated Sauternes, Fruity Saint Emilion, Floral Graves etc.)

Singular: Each Limited Edition offers a unique taste and aromatic range. Sublimated by the selected barrels, the whiskeys are powerful and unctuous with intense and delicate flavours specific to the terroirs.

 

France has an impressive wealth of terroirs expressed through a multitude of grape varieties.
It is important that the wealth of taste & flavours  of these grapes are transcribed into the whiskeys.
